The hotel was exceptionally comfortable for one night. The room was immaculate and well heated, with central heating and a flat-screen TV. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was affable and super-friendly. The hotel is in a very central location, not too far from Palacio Sara Braun. It's a great chilled-out base for exploring Punta Arenas.
